Most first messages describe the India situation in two or three sentences: what is being considered, what is standing in the way, and how soon a decision needs to be made. That is sufficient to establish whether there is a basis for a conversation and what the right next step looks like from the India side.
For sensitive or confidential situations, write as much or as little as is comfortable in a first message. The response will be proportionate. If the situation warrants a conversation, one will be suggested promptly.
Response time: Every enquiry is acknowledged within twenty-four to forty-eight hours. All messages are read by the principal directly.
Language: Correspondence in English. Arabic correspondence is welcome and will be responded to in English.
